Cancellation & Refund Policies
All courses and subscriptions have a full refund deadline of 14 days from the purchase date.
Any refund fees can be transferred to another course or subscription by contacting the Support team by emailing hello@performedu.com.
Cancellations received after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
If you are eligible for the refund, your refund will be processed within 7-14 days and will be credited back to your original form of payment. Please note that some banks may take longer. If you don't receive your refund within this time frame, please give your bank a call.
